Naturhouse registers 2,262 centres at the end of October and exceeds the guidance for 2015-2016 by 67 centres

  • The group, which operates in 32 countries, registered 24 net openings in October, setting a new record for establishment numbers with a total of 2,262.
  • With the opening of these new centres, Naturhouse exceeds its growth plan for 2015 and 2016 by 67 centres, having previously forecast 240 net openings for the period. And there are still two months to go until the end of the year.

 

Madrid, 14 November 2016.- Naturhouse, a company specialising in the sale of dietary products and dietary re-education, has increased growth in October thanks to the positive development of its international business and the recovery of the domestic market.

Last month, the group registered 24 net openings, pushing the total number of openings for 2016 to 139. The company has opened 307 centres in 22 months, having exceeded the net openings figure forecast by the guidance for 2015-2016 (240 centres) by 67.

This positive development is not only down to the favourable evolution of the company’s leading markets in France, Italy and Poland–where 47, 20 and 58 centres have been opened, respectively–but also down to Spain, where four centres were opened in October. This once again places the domestic market on the right track towards growth.

The evolution of other markets has also been positive, thus proving once again that Naturhouse’s business model works in any country, regardless of culture, religion or traditions. Naturhouse currently operates in 32 countries.

The company’s chairman Felix Revuelta said, “The return to growth in centre numbers in Spain, the positive evolution of centre openings in our other countries and the outcome of our work in the United Kingdom and the United States further reinforces our confidence in the Group’s future growth.”

During the first nine months of 2016, Naturhouse has increased its turnover by 3.4% to €76.6 million and its net income by 1% to €18.85 million. It has also paid out €17 million in dividends and leads the Spanish stock exchange in terms of per-dividend yield. These figures once again show the group’s growth capacity, its sound balance sheet and attractive shareholder remuneration.
