Naturhouse makes its debut on the Ibex Small Cap® index on Monday

  • The company will start to trade on the index, which is made up SIBE’s most liquid small capitalisation stocks.
  • This year, the Group is fulfilling all the commitments it made when listed on the stock exchange on 24 April with regards to business margins, shareholder remuneration and centre openings.

 Barcelona, 21 December 2015.- Naturhouse, a company specialising in the sale of diet products and dietary re-education, makes its debut today on the Ibex Small Cap®, an index made up of small market capitalisation stocks trading on the four Spanish stock exchanges’ Exchange Interconnection System.

The index is made up of 30 stocks that, after the Ibex 35 companies and the 20 included on the Ibex Medium Cap market, have the highest capitalisation in terms of floating capital and meet the following liquidity requirements within the control period – a floating capital percentage above 15% and annualised rotation with regards to their actual floating capital of more than 15%.

The Ibex® indices’ Technical Advisory Committee considers that Naturhouse fulfils all the requirements for joining the index.

Since it started to trade on the Spanish stock exchange on 24 April 2015, Naturhouse has fulfilled all the commitments acquired with the market, showing a clear commitment to the dividend and an EBITDA margin above 35%, while also completing 70% of net openings forecast for 2015-16 (167 of 240).

In this regard, Naturhouse ended November with 2,121 centres in 29 countries; it brought the payment of a €3 million dividend charged against 2015 profits forward to September; and raised net income to €18.7 million in the first nine months of the year.
