It has sufficient autonomy and authority to supervise correct application of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as to monitor suitable functioning of the company\u2019s Crime Prevention Model.<\/p>\n<p>Among other functions, the Ethics Committee is responsible for monitoring the measures implemented in the scope of crime prevention and their adequacy. It also offers advice in relation to updated regulations and, in short, compliance with all of the company\u2019s internal guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside all other control bodies, the Ethics Committee manages the <a href=\"http:\/\/canal-etico.net\/naturhouse\/\">Ethics Channel<\/a>\u00a0and the compliance of Naturhouse Health, S.A. through which people may make enquiries or confidentially communicate possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the Crime Prevention Model without fear of reprisal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ethics Committee is the internal compliance body.
