Terms and conditions.

Access and use of the Website is free and requires the acceptance by the user of these general conditions (the “General conditions”), which govern access to and use of website   and, therefore, the contents and services that Naturhouse can be made available to the user on the Website (respectively the “contents” and the “services”). Certain content and services may also be regulated by particular conditions which, in the event of a conflict, prevail over the General conditions (the “conditions”).
The user must read carefully the General conditions whenever is intend to use the Website as well as, where appropriate, the corresponding particular conditions whenever is intend to use the content or services that is concerned.

Naturhouse adopts security measures reasonably adequate to detect the existence of viruses. However, the user must be aware that security measures  for computer systems on the Internet are not impregnable and that, therefore, Naturhouse cannot guarantee the absence of viruses, malware, worms, third-party social engineering attacks (phishing, pharming, Trojans, etc.) or other elements that may cause alterations in the computer systems (hardware and software) of the user or in electronic documents and files contained therein.

Access to the Web site by means of mechanized systems which are different from natural persons is prohibited, since they cause damage to Naturhouse, by inadecuate measuring of audiences.

Naturhouse excludes all liability that might arise for reasons unrelated to Naturhouse of:

Intellectual and industrial property.

All content, including graphic design, font, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, trade names, trademarks or logos code and any items that appear on the Website), unless otherwise expressly stated, they are exclusively owned by Naturhouse or third parties.

The user does not give any right of intellectual property on the Web Site or any of its components.
